Judge Keith Raynor

Due to unforeseen circumstances Sir Howard Morrison QC is no longer able to speak on 17 January. However, we are very fortunate that his colleague, Judge Keith Raynor is available to speak in his place. 

HHJ Keith Raynor was appointed a circuit judge in April 2015 and was formerly an Assistant Prosecutor for the United Nations in Cambodia as part of UNAKRT (United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Tribunal). He was part of a team of prosecutors trying former members of the Pol Pot regime for alleged genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes. He is a courts martial specialist and has appeared in over 75 contested court martial trials.
