What is the SMD Programme?

The Skills and Management Development (SMD) Programme is a flexible, modular training initiative developed by the Executive Business Centre at Greenwich Business School.

The SMD Programme offers practical, skills-focused, short courses specifically designed to meet the diverse needs of SME professionals. Unlike traditional executive education, which requires a long-term commitment, this programme allows you to select only the modules which directly address your business challenges.

Programme information

  • Start date: Open throughout the year
  • Duration: 12 months to complete any 6 modules
  • Module format: Each module is delivered in a single day (typically Fridays) and is delivered several times a year. For details of the dates of each of the modules listed below, please contact us.
