Students learn about higher education, how to apply and take part in a practical session to support their application process

Please note that there are currently no events available on our campuses for the Autumn Term 2020/2021. Spring/Summer Term events will be reviewed and confirmed early 2021.

Our HE Days are held on one of our three university campuses and are aimed at guiding year 12 and 13 students and FE Year 1 and 2 students through the application process to higher education.

Visits can include a combination of our GREat Skills Workshops:

  • Choosing a question
  • Selecting and evaluating sources
  • Referencing and avoiding plagiarism
  • Effective Presentations
  • Reflective Writing
  • Understanding Feedback
  • Managing Stress
  • Developing Resilience
