GREat Futures is a  two-year scheme of work consisting of a full programme of on and off campus activities designed to support your school or college in meeting the requirements of the Government's Careers Framework and Gatsby Benchmarks

On campus activities

Taster Days

Our range of Taster Days offer students a real taste of a subject they enjoy and are contemplating studying at university.

HE Experience Days

Students learn about higher education, how to apply and take part in a practical session to support their application process.

GREat Minds

Our series of twilight lectures are delivered by academics and cover a range of subject areas.

Application Evenings

We will guide attendees through the application process, provide tips on writing an effective personal statement and explain student finance and funding options.

STAART (Support through AccessAbility retention and transition)

The STAART initiative provides information and guidance to disabled and diverse students through a range of activities and events.

Off campus activities

GREat Skills

Designed to support students embarking on their Extended Project Qualification or IB Extended Essay.

Subject Talks

Subject specific talks delivered by University of Greenwich academics at your event, school or college.

HE Fairs

You can find University of Greenwich representatives at Higher Education Fairs, Careers Fairs and UCAS Fairs throughout the UK.

HE Workshops

Interactive workshops to prepare students for higher education and making their university applications.


Student Ambassadors provide a drop-in service within your school or college to advise students on their higher education options.
