Dr B M Razzak is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the Executive Business Centre of the Greenwich Business School, University of Greenwich, UK. In his previous academic roles, Razzak was involved in delivering modules for PhD, DBA and MPhil programmes in the Department of Organisation Strategy and Leadership, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Razzak also taught at London Metropolitan University and the University of Northampton in the UK. Before his UK academic career, Razzak held academic positions at the Bangladesh University of Business and Technology and Northern University Bangladesh. Overall, he has over 20 years of teaching experience at Both Postgraduate and Undergraduate levels in the UK and abroad. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK.

Razzak obtained his PhD in Human Resource Management in 2017 and MSc in Management in 2014 from Kingston University, both of which were funded by Kingston University Business School. Before that, he earned an MA in Management from the University of Greenwich in 2009, following his BBA (Hons) in Management and MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

  • Current research project on the significance of the macro, meso and enterprise context on generating precarious employment conditions in EMEs, the robotic working pattern of EMBs in the UK, immigration control, a broken promise and continuum of social harm of ethnic minority curry houses.
