Dr Minh Van
Lecturer in Digital Marketing
Minh is a Lecturer in Digital Marketing at the School of Management and Marketing at the University of Greenwich. Minh received her MPhil/PhD in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour, with a research focus on expatriation and virtual global mobility, from the University of Greenwich.
With a background in a BA in Business Management, an MBA in International Business, and International Marketing and Media Management from universities in the UK and Germany, as well as professional experience working in different sectors and countries, Minh brings a well-rounded perspective to her teaching and working with students. Having lived, studied, and worked across multiple countries, she is deeply passionate about fostering inclusive learning environments and thrives on engaging with students from culturally diverse backgrounds.
Minh has industry experience in global multinational technology corporations, multinational music and media corporations, and multinational banking and financial services corporations, specifically as a recruitment specialist, L&D specialist, and international marketing and communication strategist.
Apart from teaching and research, Minh actively participates in other activities within the university. She was the PGR Representative for GBS (2023–2024), PGR Representative for MGM (2024–2026), MGM PGR Conference Lead and Committee Member (2024–2026), and co-organiser for the inaugural 'Happy to Chat' registered charity.
