Dr Ghofran Salah BSc, MSc, PhD

Lecturer in Engineering Management

Dr Ghofran Salah is an experienced academic with over 10 years of experience in Higher Education. She has been teaching at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts in Industrial Engineering from 2013 until 2016. Then, she has started her PhD in 2017 in sustainable supply chain until 2023. She worked as an hourly paid lecturer at University of Greenwich in Engineering Management from March 2023 until June 2023. In July 2023, she joined the School of Engineering as full time lecturer in Engineering Management.

She is the BEng Engineering Management programme leader and module leader for Engineering Principles management, Project Management, and Fundamental of Engineering Business Practice. Her practice encompasses inclusivity to enhance the learning environment and experience for all students, as well as motivating them to develop a positive and growth.

Best Overall Performance Prize in her Master study at University of Greenwich and award of a scholarship to study for a PhD at University of Greenwich’

Areas of interest are Supply Chain, Sustainability, Environmental Impact, Quality Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Green Sustainable Production.
