You can accept your offer via UCAS or by getting in touch with us directly, depending on how you applied.

Accept via UCAS

Once you're ready to accept your offer, you can do this via UCAS Track.

Accept directly

If you applied directly to us (for a part-time course or a postgraduate course, or because you are based overseas), you'll need to let us know directly by emailing

When do you have to decide by?

If you've applied via UCAS for an undergraduate course, there is a deadline to make your decision. This is set when your last offer comes in.

  • If you receive your last decision on/before 20 May 2021, your reply date is 10 June 2021 (except if you're using Extra to find a place).
  • If you receive your last decision on/before 13 July 2021, your reply date is 14 July 2021 (including Extra).

If you don't select us as a firm or insurance choice by this time, UCAS will automatically reject the offer on your behalf.

Check your deadline on UCAS Track.

What happens if you miss the deadline?

  • You can contact UCAS up to 14 days after your deadline to reverse an automatic decline.
  • After 14 days, you need to check with us first, then contact UCAS.
  • You will not be able to swap a decision after 23 July 2021.

If this expires, or you wish to change your mind or make a late application to join us, you can do so via Clearing.
