Parking Permit System

This is the landing page for the university's parking permit system Nexus Platform. It provides a link to the Nexus Platform and instructions on how to access it.

Nexus Platform provided by Group Nexus is the university’s new parking permit system.

Follow this link to access the system. First time users please follow the quick guidance instructions below and or read the User Guide.


University of Greenwich email account holders  - User Guide

Register:

  • Follow the ‘Register’ link and select ‘Sign In with Microsoft’ (if are not already logged in to the university then you will be prompted to do so).
  • Your name and email should be visible, just add your mobile number.
  • When prompted tick access for all sites.
  • Your registration will be approved during normal working hours.

Login:

  • Once registration is approved login using the ‘Sign In with Microsoft’ button (if are not already logged in to the university then you will be prompted to do so).
  • Choose your university email account when prompted by Microsoft.
  • If you previously held a staff permit, or other permit type expiring after 31-August 2023, then it should be visible in your account for you to manage.
  • If not, please use the '+Application' button at the top right of the page and complete the relevant application form.
  • Once submitted the form will be sent to the Transport office for review.

Other users without a university email address - User Guide

  • If you do not have access to a university email account (this may apply to some new students) follow the ‘Register’ link and create a permit account with your personal email address.
  • You will be sent an email. You must respond to this to verify your email address.
  • Once verified you will be prompted to verify your mobile phone. You will be sent an OTP (One Time Passcode) by SMS to your mobile. This will be used for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Once verified you will be prompted to create an Access Code to use should you lose access to your mobile.
  • So that your registration is directed to the university you will be invited to insert the relevant Invitation Code. For students 0ZMHO1N, for staff DHZH67J, and for affiliates/contractors LEDT9B7.
  • Should you need to apply for a permit then please complete the Application form.
  • Once submitted the form will be sent to the Transport office for review.
  • Otherwise if you previously held a staff permit, or other permit type expiring after 31-August 2023, then it should be visible in your account providing you have registered with the same email address.

Contractors

Contractors working on our campuses needing parking for company registered vehicles can obtain free parking by emailing travel@gre.ac.uk with ownership evidence e.g., photo of vehicle in company livery or V5 registration document.
