Faculty Leadership
(PVCs & Executive Deans, Deputy Deans, Associate Deans of Student Success)
- Take a proactive role in understanding programme performance and underlying issues
- Use data and dialogue to support improvement at programme level
- Approve programme action plans aligned with Faculty priorities
- Monitor action plan progress throughout the academic year
- Intervene early and mobilise additional support where progress is not on track
Head of School and Programme Team
(Heads of Schools, Programme Leaders, Academic Portfolio Leads)
- Review programme performance data and identify key improvement priorities
- Develop and implement evidence‑based programme action plans
- Work closely together to address delivery challenges at programme and school level
- Raise issues early and ask for support where progress is constrained
- Engage openly with Faculty Leadership on risks, progress and emerging needs
Professional Services Team
- Provide timely data, insight and specialist expertise to support improvement activity
- Respond to support needs raised by programme teams, Heads of School and faculties
- Support follow‑up actions
