While the lockdown restrictions have changed, some restrictions remain in place and it’s important that we continue to do everything we can to keep each other and our communities safe.
We know that many of you are looking forward to seeing friends and family and returning to campus when you can, but the return to socialising may also be quite daunting after so much time apart.
Online support from Togetherall
Togetherall is a safe, anonymous online community where you can connect with others and share how you’re feeling. You can get support, or you can support others. It provides 24-hour online mental health support as well as courses and resources to learn how to manage your wellbeing and feel better.

Student Wellbeing Service
The Student Wellbeing Service is open and running a remote, online support service during Term 2. The teams are available Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. You can contact them if you have any questions or concerns or would like to book an online or phone appointment.

Mental health workshops from Mind
We're offering Mentally Healthy Universities workshops to all undergraduate students, in conjunction with mental health charity Mind. These sessions have been designed by Mind, alongside students, and are delivered by experienced mental health trainers.
There are three types of online, interactive workshops covering Wellbeing Essentials for Students, Tools and Techniques for Student Mental Health and Looking After Your Mental Health at Work.
