Integrated Nature & Technology Research Group

About Us

Our work focuses on real life solutions to real life problems and the group has been successful in winning and completing several large EU funded projects. The core focus of the group is Sustainable Development and the combination of SMART and emerging technologies with nature-based solutions.

The establishment of the University of Greenwich Green Roofs and Living Walls Centre in 2012 provided a foundation for research that has brought in large EU projects, created numerous international conferences, and has established the University as one of the up-and-coming leaders in research within the field of green infrastructure.

The group’s knowledge and experience in sustainable buildings and environments provide a perfect synergy for work on sustainable urban development projects and tackling developing world problems, both in urban and rural environments.
