We are currently preparing FAQs to cover your most common day-to-day digital questions. The first set will be published on IT self service by mid-July.

Nothing is changing right away in terms of our IT and digital services

From 1 August 2026, you will keep using the same systems you use now and everything will stay secure and running as normal. Please continue to use the IT Service Desk via the Staff Portal for your support and queries.

Our legal footer is being updated - you don't need to take any action

From 1 August, our legal footer is being changed to the text below. The footer will be visible to the recipient but not to the sender. This legal requirement applies whether the email is sent by a person or by a system.
