We are currently preparing FAQs to cover your most common day-to-day digital questions. The first set will be published on IT self service by mid-July.
Nothing is changing right away in terms of our IT and digital services
From 1 August 2026, you will keep using the same systems you use now and everything will stay secure and running as normal. Please continue to use our IT Service Desk via the Staff Portal for your support and queries.
If anything changes in the future, we will tell you what is changing, when it will happen and how it affects you.
