The University of Greenwich will be holding Awards Ceremonies on Saturday 16 November 2025 at Hopewell Hotel, Hong Kong.
Graduates eligible to attend the ceremonies will have been sent an invitation to their personal email address in September 2025. All the ceremony information, including instructions on how to apply to attend, and purchase guest tickets, are contained in this invitation email.
Ceremony arrangements
At present we are unable to confirm the time of the ceremony as this is dependent on the number of graduates and guests attending. However, final arrangements will be confirmed by email in late October 2025 giving precise details and information about the ceremonies.
Hiring your gown
Academic Dress can be hired from Ede & Ravenscroft.
Please complete the academic robe order form and return directly to Ede & Ravenscroft, Malaysia, by email. Do NOT return the form to the University.
Official Photographs
A professional photographer will also be available on the day, there is no need to pre-book photographs.

Hong Kong also has its own alumni group. The Hong Kong association was set up in 1995 and is open to all alumni based in the region, organising regular events alongside the University.
