Focusing on Governance, Risk and Accountability

The Centre's strategy is to create a virtuous circle of learning and enterprise between industry, public sector, business and local community, and academia.

About Us

Within the three main areas of Corporate and Economic Governance, Risk Management and Accountability the Centre brings together researchers from the University of Greenwich in the following areas:

  • Corporate Governance
  • Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Risk Management
  • Banking Regulation and Supervision
  • Accounting and Business Ethics
  • Performance Management and Control
  • Other related expertise, e.g. Economic Governance, Microfinance, Sustainability, International Accounting Standards

With the increasing success of the Centre over the past few years, in 2015-16 we developed two sub-groups, one focused on accounting and governance, and the other on banking and finance. Each group holds regular seminars.
