Media arts

As a media arts student, you will be based in our award-winning Stockwell Street building in the heart of Greenwich, home to cutting-edge TV studios and editing suites, and a world-class library.

Philip Rorke: TV Director, Formula One

During his time at Greenwich, Philip’s sole ambition was to work in Formula One. He has found his dream job, directing the international feed of the Formula One World Championship.

Our courses

We offer degrees in film studies, media and communications, and film and TV production, which you can study full-time or part-time. You’ll have access to fantastic film and media facilities and be near location shoots, as Greenwich Campus is often used as a film set.

Communities and societies

Our active student-led societies offer a space for personal and academic growth, as well as new opportunities to make lasting friendships. Students can take part in activities throughout the year, both through the department and via the wider Students’ Union.
