The content and brand team works with colleagues to create engaging on-brand materials that support the aims of the university.
As part of the Marketing and External Relations Directorate, we help deliver strategic goals such as attracting new students and raising the university’s global profile.
We work closely with colleagues on externally facing projects such as paid ad campaigns, course page content, branding, video production for a variety of channels, marketing collateral, high-profile reports, and events such as Open Days.
We create material on behalf of our colleagues for a range of projects. For less-complex jobs, we provide them with tools such as templates and guidelines to produce their own content.
Submit your job request through Brand Centre or email content@gre.ac.uk if you need support for:
- Branding
- Copywriting
- Photography
- Videography.
Projects we can and can't support
Unfortunately, our capacity is limited, so we focus on supporting projects that meet the recruitment aims of our directorate. If your project doesn’t fall into this category, we can direct you to other sources of help.
Please note:
Our high-priority projects:
- Support student recruitment or brand awareness
- Are of strategic importance to the entire university
- Feature, or are for, the Vice-Chancellor or senior management.
Our low-priority projects:
- Don’t support student recruitment or brand awareness
- Are of low strategic importance
- Don’t feature, or aren’t for, the Vice-Chancellor or senior management.
To see if we can support your specific project, please see our guide to the types of projects we can and can’t support.
This list is not exhaustive, so if you can’t find what you’re looking for, please visit our team-specific pages or email us at content@gre.ac.uk for further guidance.
Notification and turnaround time
To ensure your project gets the attention it deserves, we need ample notice to book it into our workflow. See our guide on estimated notification and turnaround times. This also provides guidance on how long we need to turn around different types of project.
