This can be done by clicking on the 'Log a Facilities Request' option on the Staff Services / My Student Life Portal page. Please include your contact details and date required. Alternatively you can email your request to fmcentralhelpdesk@greenwich.ac.uk
For emergencies please phone 020 8331 7779.

The Helpdesk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Access to our buildings and facilities
All campuses now have access control in most buildings which is managed with your Greenwich Gateway Card. This includes shared areas at Medway. If you experience difficulty when using your card, please visit the campus security gatehouse.
For enhanced access or to order additional room keys, please complete the access request form.
For staff wishing to access any of our buildings outside of their published opening times, an out of hours access request will need to be completed and approved by your faculty/directorate.

If you require porters or have a transport request, Log a facilities request and provide the following details:
- Contact details - with an alternative point of contact if possible.
- Date - you would like the work carried out.
