We provide a text relay service for people who are D/deaf, hearing impaired or have a speech impediment.

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
- Voice control is limited to setting up screen panel connection, other functions are not voice controllable. This fails WCAG 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value. Since the usage of Solstice app is in an interactive classroom setting. The instructor will provide access support to the users. A request for improvement has been sent to the developer of Solstice app.
- Text scaling is not supported in Solstice app. This fails WCAG 1.4.4 Resize Text. This mobile application has been developed with increased font size, which is approximately 1.5 times larger than the regular font size in iOS. A request for improvement has been sent to the developer of Solstice app.
- On-screen marking requires a dragging movement. This fails WCAG 2.5.7 Dragging Movements. Since the usage of Solstice app is in an interactive classroom setting. The instructor will assist the users to mark and highlight the elements on the screen as intended. A request for improvement has been sent to the developer of Solstice app.

Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 13th December 2024. It was last reviewed on 13th December 2024.
This mobile application was last tested in December 2024. The test was carried out internally by the GBS Learning Technologies Team within the University of Greenwich. Manual testing was conducted. Specific tests include voice control, colour blindness test, zoom test, text scaling test, colour contrast test, and screen reader test. Testing was completed against WCAG 2.2.
