Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor’s Executive, the IT Management Board (ITMB) oversees service delivery of the University’s information technology operations, plans and oversees minor IT projects and developments, and develops and approves regulations, policies and procedures related to the University’s information environment.

ITMB is supported by the following sub-committees:
- Digital Content Accessibility Committee, which leads the development of the University’s digital content accessibility strategy, oversees the accessibility programme and ensures good practice in digital content accessibility, including compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Information Assurance and Security Committee, which ensures good information security governance across the University, oversees the University’s data protection responsibilities and reviews the University’s information security management system.
