Nominations, Staffing and Governance Committee

The Nominations, Staffing and Governance Committee has an overall responsibility for reviewing the composition of the Governing Body and its committees, and advising the Governing Body on a range of membership issues.  It also provides governance oversight for strategic staffing matters and oversees the remuneration of the University's senior Executive.

The Committee normally meets three times a year. For a detailed list of Committee responsibilities please refer to the Terms of Reference.
