Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee is responsible for overseeing the University's policy on the remuneration of Senior Staff (the Senior Staff Remuneration Framework) and reviewing and determining the remuneration and terms and conditions of the Vice-Chancellor and other Senior Staff.

The Committee is also responsible for publication of the Remuneration Annual Report and Statement summarising remuneration decisions in the preceding financial year, following Governing Body approval.

The Committee normally meets once a year.  For a detailed list of Committee responsibilities please refer to the Terms of Reference.
