Once you accept your offer to study an Education programme with us, you’ll receive an email about your occupational health check. In the email, you’ll find a link to the confidential online health questionnaire which you’ll need to complete.
Health programmes
If you’ve applied to study a Health programme, you’ll receive an email once you accept your offer to study with us. This email contains instructions and a link to our online health questionnaire.
- Complete the health questionnaire either on screen or print out and scan.
- Send the completed form to the relevant Occupational Health department by email.
- Telephone the same Occupational Health department to arrange a medical screening.
Please be aware that the Occupational Health department will not contact you to arrange an appointment once you have submitted your form.
The programme you will be studying determines which of the two Occupational Health departments to contact. Please see the table below to check which department you should contact to arrange your occupational health check.

Applicants who have not engaged with all of the checks which apply to their programme by the registration deadline may be withdrawn.
