How sponsorship works
Once their offer has been accepted you, as the employer, will need to provide us with an official letter of sponsorship on company headed paper, confirming the students and their course as well as the amount of tuition they will receive. This letter should also request an invoice and provide an official company address, contact and email address. Alternatively, you may provide an official purchase order.
If you require a purchase order number included on our invoice to make payment, please ensure the purchase order number is included in the letter of sponsorship.
The corporate discount will be applied, based on the number of employees enrolled and accepted on the course. You must have the minimum number of students with accepted offers on this course, to receive the tuition discount.
Your letter of sponsorship/purchase order should be sent to the PAT Team at PATteam@gre.ac.uk.
Am I eligible?
- Your employees must apply and accept their offer before 31st August 2026
- Your employees must be joining one of the above courses in September 2026
- Entry requirements for the chosen course must be met and the offer accepted
- You must have 3 or more employees enrolled in any of our Greenwich Online postgraduate courses
- We a currently accepting applications for the University of Greenwich online courses from students in UK, India, Pakistan, Nigeria and Republic of Ireland
Terms & Conditions
- This offer is available only to employers with 3 or more students enrolled on one of the eligible online programmes listed above
- The offer is available to students assessed as either Home or Overseas for tuition fee purposes
- The offer is not available to students studying on-campus programmes
- To be eligible, applicants must submit their application and accept their offer by 31st August 2026 in accordance with instructions on students offer letters, acceptance must be confirmed by replying to aoc@gre.ac.uk.
- The offer will be awarded as a tuition fee discount only and cannot be exchanged for any other form of payment
- This offer will be applied after registration has been completed
- If the employee ceases to work for the employer/sponsor, are no longer to receive the sponsorship or the sponsor fails to pay, the student will become liable for any outstanding tuition fees
- The University of Greenwich reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or revise the eligibility criteria, award value, deadlines, or any other aspect of this scholarship at its sole discretion and without prior notice
