Our Greenwich Progression Bursary offers a £3,000 fee waiver to current University of Greenwich final year undergraduate students and Alumni to help you Power Up your future and reach your potential through postgraduate study. We are committed to our students’ success and progression to postgraduate study and are investing significant financial resources in addressing the cost-of-living crisis for students wishing to continue their studies with a master’s degree.
Am I eligible?
You will be offered the Greenwich Progression Bursary provided you satisfy the below criteria:
- You are a current final year University of Greenwich Undergraduate student (predicted to achieve a 2:2 degree classification or higher) applying for a postgraduate taught (PGT) course.
- Or you are a graduate of the University of Greenwich with a 2:2 undergraduate degree classification or higher, applying for a postgraduate taught (PGT) course.
- You have received an offer on a Postgraduate taught course for September 2026 entry.
- You are assessed to pay fees at the Home rate and will be studying at Greenwich, Avery Hill or Medway Campus (except Medway School of Pharmacy).
The bursary is only available to students starting a Postgraduate taught course with available places in September 2026. It will be applied to part-time students on a pro-rata basis. The course should be completed with no gaps in study to retain the full bursary amount.
How to apply
The bursary is assessed and awarded by the Student Recruitment team. To be eligible for the Greenwich Progression Bursary, you must have applied and received an offer for a Postgraduate taught programme before 23:59 (UK time) on Sunday 31 May 2026. The bursary is limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
