Our vision
Our vision is to implement a curriculum management tool to replace our current in-house system. It will be a single source of truth for our curriculum, it will reduce time-consuming paper tasks, improve efficiency, and support curriculum innovation and design.
This digital project will support the student success sub-strategy by enabling the curriculum shape and curriculum framework projects.
Training
Training will begin in September 2025. Initial training sessions will be arranged directly with the following teams, there is no need to book:
- Faculty CourseLoop experts
If you're not in one of these groups but will need to use CourseLoop early on in the 2025/26 academic year, (e.g. to propose a new programme), you can join an introductory session. Book a space via Horizon.
From October 2025, more detailed training will be available for colleagues who use CourseLoop regularly. Details and booking information will be shared via your faculty/directorate, faculty Teams site, and Viva Engage.
- One-to-one or group support from the CourseLoop trainer (available until May 2026)
