Our new Curriculum Management System simplifies curriculum management processes and supports curriculum design and innovation. Here we share project updates and information, including FAQs.
Release 1 is now complete
We are using our Curriculum Management Tool (CMT) to digitalise and streamline our processes. It is a single source of truth for our curriculum, supporting curriculum innovation and design.
This digital project supports the student success sub-strategy by enabling the curriculum shape and curriculum framework projects.
You can access the CMT via curriculum.gre.ac.uk
Training information for Release 1
Online training resources will be made available to all colleagues throughout the 2025/26 academic year. You’ll be able to find guidance on module and programme management here. Support will include:
- Training videos
- Online tutorials
- Process documentation
Online one-to-one Curriculum Management Tool (CMT) support sessions are available for academic staff involved in programme design, validation, and revalidation.
Sessions will run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 19 January to 13 February. They are designed to provide targeted support and troubleshoot issues related to entering programme data into the CMT.
Appointments can be booked here.
If the available session times are not suitable, contact Andrew Day directly at a.a.day@gre.ac.uk to arrange alternative support.
Please direct any queries to your Business Champion (listed in the FAQs below).
Release 2 will introduce a Curriculum Publisher and Marketer
This will allow us to publish and promote our curriculum in a simpler, more reliable, and more consistent way. By providing a single, accurate source of programme and module information, current students will be able to browse clear, up-to-date details.
Work on Release 2 is now well underway with the relevant teams, and we are on track to introduce the Curriculum Publisher and Marketer modules later this year.
We’ll continue to share updates as the work progresses, but for most colleagues, day‑to‑day processes will remain unchanged unless you’re directly involved in the project.
