Curriculum Management

Our new system, CourseLoop, will simplify curriculum management processes and support curriculum design and innovation. Here we share project updates and information, including FAQs.

Our vision

Our vision is to implement a curriculum management tool to replace our current in-house system. It will be a single source of truth for our curriculum, it will reduce time-consuming paper tasks, improve efficiency, and support curriculum innovation and design.

This digital project will support the student success sub-strategy by enabling the curriculum shape and curriculum framework projects.

Project benefits and goals

  • A single source of truth for core curriculum data.
  • Better support the design and quality assurance of curriculum items.
  • Remove burdensome administrative effort from curriculum management processes.
  • Accurately record programme structures for non-September starts.
  • Replace bespoke systems and follow a product-first approach.
  • Remove duplication and manual entry of curriculum data between different systems.
